Myth Of Fast Weight Loss

Biking is a great, healthy way to challenge yourself to push beyond your personal exercise limits. It is easy as an analytical person to get into your comfort zone. Another great way to achieve your goal is by eating healthy foods.

When I say super foods what do I mean, you ask? Well, how about foods with Omega 3, and all the best anti-oxidants, vitamins, and reputation for being super healthy. Foods like salmon, avocados, tomatoes, broccoli, walnuts, almonds, garlic, blueberries, dark chocolate, cinnamon, etc. Why not go do your own homework and look and find all the super foods and add them to your diet? You owe it to your body to do this.



It is easier to lose weight when you keep yourself active. Make sure you are up and moving as often as possible. Moving throughout the day keeps your metabolism up, and allows your body to burn more calories all day long.

In my own case I can tell you, that had I followed all my different doctors advice I would not be here today to tell the world about it. I would not have my beautiful, healthy 14 year old daughter who is my pride and joy.

Then one day his family noticed that he had not been in a relationship for a while. He appeared happy and content being on his own, and not anxious about being alone. The thing about the human body is that it needs to be used in order to survive well. Same goes for your brain! So, it's what we do when we retire that determines the quality of our life and the degree of good health that we can enjoy. Get out and get some sunshine. Getting some sun can make you feel better, so go outside and sit in the sunshine for at least 30 minuets a day. However, you don't want to get too much sun, because, being out in the sun too much can cause skin cancer. Sunshine also gives you vitamin D. Vitamin D helps maintain normal blood levels of minerals that help form and maintain strong bones. So, it's very important to make sure you're getting enough sun so you don't contribute to a Vitamin D deficiency.

No. 5. It was once said by Hippocrates the father of modern medicine that, 'Walking Is Mans Best Medicine'. (I am sure he also meant Women - I certainly do) So if food is your medicine you eat, this must be the best medicine to perform. This is true because walking balances the whole system of mind and body.
